Jake Kennedy has taken over facilities management of our property as of 1/1/2024 and he can be contacted as follows:

For regular maintenance, we prefer you submit a request using the button below. This process will automatically send an email to Jake and place your request on a maintenance log.

You may also email Jake at lookoutpropertymanager@gmail.com, or call during business hours at 207-641-5366. True emergencies can be called into Jake at any time. 

Owners who rent:  Please do not share this information with your tenants, all requests should be submitted through the owner.
